The role
The MD will be responsible for all business operations in India driving the company to growth and profitability. He/She will hold fully P&L for the region covering new build, maintenance and the sales function and.be in charge of the short to medium strategy implementation improving operational delivery across the region enhancing turnover, margins and market share. The location is Hyderabad but we are open to any Indian location for the time being.

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have a strong and solid consultancy background coming from key firms. He/she is a high calibre director with a first class degree. He/she is a leader in innovation and creativity as well as the ability to form strong partnerships and productive working relationships. The person needs to have the ability influence and motivate people at all levels and a strong commitment. He/she is a skilled advocate and negotiator having the communication skills to drive change. With a strong focus on the customer, the person will understand how Ultimech can meet the needs of its staff, customers and stakeholders.

On a personal level, the candidate will have the following:

  • Technology degree and/or MBA (preferred)
  • 10+ years experience in technology consultancy business
  • Big consultancy firms background
  • Superior strategy and financial skills
  • Strong leadership capabilities
  • Great business development and sales records
  • Impact and Impression. Has a strong personality and natural confidence. Easily connects with others and puts them at their ease. Has a natural confidence.
  • Communication. Has excellent listening and communication skills. Will communicate with passion, energy and excitement.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
